Exchange Policy in brief:
- We don't charge shipping for the first exchange to USA addresses.
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are still in salable condition.
- We sometimes accept items for exchange after more than 30 days. Please contact us if you want to exchange an item after more than 30 days.
- T-shirts with a custom logo added are usually not eligible for exchange, unless there is a mistake or defect.
- If we send you the wrong item (very rare), or if your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition (also very rare), we fix the problem at our expense.
- No restocking fees.

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN THE USA
Send the item(s) back to us at the address below within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must still be in salable condition.
Include a note telling us what you want instead and to what address you want us to send it. Please include a phone number and/or e-mail address in the note so that we can contact you if necessary. See below for additional information to include if you are exchanging for a less expensive or more expensive item.
We normally don't charge anything to ship an exchange to a USA address. We reserve the right to charge shipping in the case of someone abusing our exchange policy, but so far it hasn't happened.
At our discretion, we sometimes accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day limit. The most common example is a holiday gift that was ordered well in advance. If you want to return/exchange something after the 30 day limit, please contact us.
T-shirts with custom logos added, such as a club name or school logo, may not be exchanged unless there is a mistake or defect. Examples of mistakes or defects would be: a shirt with a hole in it, a size different than the size that was ordered, or a misspelling in the custom logo if we added it. (To date, none of these has ever happened for a custom order print.)
We don't require that you contact us before sending an item back for exchange, but it's a good idea to contact us to be sure that the item you want to exchange for is in stock.
TO EXCHANGE FOR A LESS EXPENSIVE ITEM
If you exchange your item for a less expensive item, we will refund the difference. In that case, please follow the directions above and include the following additional information with your returned item:
- If you paid by credit card, please include the card number and expiration date so we can refund to the same credit card. Our credit card processing service requires us to issue refunds for items purchased by credit card to that same credit card.
- If you paid by PayPal, please include the email address associated with the PayPal account that you used to pay for the item.
- If you paid by check or money order, please tell us so. We will issue your refund by check.
TO EXCHANGE FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE ITEM
If you exchange your item for a more expensive item, we will need payment. In that case, please follow the directions above for exchanging an item and include one of the following with your returned item:- A check or money order for the additional amount necessary; or
- The following information for a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card: card number, expiration date, cvv security code, and billing address for the card.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM OUTSIDE THE USA
Unfortunately, we usually can't ship exchanges outside the USA for free. Charges for shipping an exchange will usually be about equal to our normal international shipping rates. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item to an address outside the USA.SEND RETURNS TO:
