How much will I pay for shipping to a US address? We charge $5.95 for shipping any order of less than 12 items by Priority Mail to a US address. That's $5.95 per ORDER, not per item. Orders of more than 12 items receive a 25% discount but pay actual shipping charges, more or less. Read about the 25% discount. Back to Questions List I live in xxxxxxxx. Do you consider this a US address for shipping purposes? The $5.95 shipping charge covers shipping to all 50 states, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and anyplace else that the US Postal Service delivers. If your mail is delivered by the US Postal Service, the $5.95 shipping charge applies to any order of fewer than 12 items. Back to Questions List How much will I pay for shipping a Club Discount order to a USA address? What we charge depends on what UPS or the US Postal Service will charge us for shipping your order. Exact charges depend on how much your order weighs and how far the order has to travel to reach you. Here are some estimated ranges.
How soon will you ship my order? We ship most orders within one business day after the order is placed; almost all orders are shipped within two business days. Many orders are shipped the day they are placed. If for some reason we don't ship your order within two business days, we will contact you about the delay. Back to Questions List How soon will I get my order? Most USA customers receive their orders within a week. The most common delivery time is three to four days after placing the order. If you live outside the 48-state mainland, or in an area of the mainland where delivery tends to be slower, your order may take longer than a week to arrive. Back to Questions List I need my order SOON. Can you ship it right away? When you check out, our online shopping cart will ask if there is a date by which you need the order to arrive. We pay close attention to these dates, and often ship orders immediately when a customer has a tight deadline. If you have a tight deadline for your order, it is a good idea to contact us. You may also want to consider paying extra to ship your order overnight. Back to Questions List Can I track my order online? Sometimes. We ship Priority Mail orders with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not the same as tracking. Delivery Confirmation is simply confirmation that a package has been delivered to its destination. Some units of the US Postal Service treat Delivery Confirmation as if it were tracking, and some do not. This means that if you track your order online at www.usps.com, you might see detailed tracking information; or you might see something like this: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 17, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. "This doesn't necessarily mean we haven't shipped your order. The mail carrier might actually be on the way to your door with your order while the Postal Service website displays the above information. If you're concerned that your order may not have been shipped, please contact us. Express Mail service includes actual tracking capability, so Express Mail orders can always be tracked online. Back to Questions List How much do you charge for shipping backordered items? If your order has 11 or fewer items: In the rare instances where we ship an order incomplete, and ship the backordered items at a later date, we don't charge for shipping the backordered items. If your order has 12 or more items: We usually ship these orders complete. If for some reason we can't ship the order complete, we will contact you regarding backorder or substitution options. We usually charge something close to actual shipping for any backordered items that are shipped separately from the main order. Back to Questions List I need my order tomorrow. Can I get it overnight? If it's Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, you probably can't get it overnight. Otherwise, you probably can, but the shipping won't be cheap. We ship overnight orders by US Postal Service Express Mail. Express Mail offers guaranteed overnight delivery to most US mainland zip codes. For some zip codes, Express Mail does not guarantee next-day delivery; instead, these zip codes have a guaranteed second-day delivery. Please contact us if you need to check whether you live in a one-day delivery zip code or in a two-day delivery zip code. The rates below don't cover every possible order, but will give most customers a good idea of the Express Mail costs for their orders.
