Our basic policy on Returns and Exchanges:
  • If you return an item in salable condition within 30 days for a refund, we give you the refund.

  • We don't charge shipping for exchanges to USA addresses.

  • If we make a mistake on your order, we fix it at our expense.

  • No restocking fees.

Do you charge a restocking fee or any other fee for returns or exchanges?
     No.

How do I return an item for a refund?
  • Send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must still be in salable condition.
  • Include a note telling us:
    1. That you want a refund;

    2. Name and address so we know who to give the refund to;

    3. Phone number and/or email address, just in case we need to contact you about the refund (we usually don't need to).

         We'll issue a refund for your merchandise cost, but usually not your shipping cost.
         If you paid by credit card, we'll refund the card you paid with. If you paid by check or money order, we'll issue you a refund check.

    Do I have to notify you before I return an item for a refund?
         We don't require you to contact us before returning an item for a refund unless you want to return an item more than 30 days after you receive it. However, we do appreciate it when customers let us know in advance that they are returning merchandise.

    I want to return/exchange an item that I received more than 30 days ago. Can I still return/exchange the item?
         At our discretion, we sometimes accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day limit. The most common example is a holiday gift that was ordered well in advance. If you want to return/exchange something after the 30 day limit, please contact us.

    How do I exchange an item?
         Send the item back to us in salable condition within 30 days.
         Include a note telling us:
    1. What item you want in exchange for the item you're returning;

    2. Name and address to send the exchange to;

    3. Phone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you regarding the exchange.

         If you want the exchange sent to a USA address, you do not have to include money for shipping.

    How much will you charge for shipping an exchange to a USA address?
         None for the first exchange of an item. We do not charge shipping for exchanges to USA addresses, unless you repeatedly exchange the same item (hasn't happened yet).

    How much will you charge for shipping an exchange to an address outside the USA?

         Unfortunately, we usually can't ship exchanges outside the USA for free. Charges for shipping an exchange will usually be about equal to our normal International Shipping rates. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item to an address outside the USA.

    Do I have to notify you before I return an item for an exchange?
         We don't require you to contact us before returning an item for exchange unless you want to exchange an item more than 30 days after you receive it. However, we can often ship the exchange item more quickly if you contact us to let us know what you're returning and what you'll want in exchange.

    If I exchange an item for a less expensive item, will you give me a partial refund?
         Yes. Follow the steps above for exchanging an item. We'll refund you the difference in price. If you paid by credit card, we'll partially refund the credit card you paid with. If you paid by check or money order, we'll issue you a refund by check or money order.

    How do I exchange an item for a more expensive item?
         Follow the steps above for exchanging an item.
    In addition, include payment or payment information in some form to cover the difference in cost. For instance, if you want to exchange a $10 tie for a $19 tie, include payment.
    You can do include payment in the following ways:
    • including a check or money order for $9; or

    • including credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code, billing address) and authorizing us to charge $9 to the card; or

    • giving us permission to charge $9 to the same card we charged when you placed the original order (we won't do this if it's not your credit card, for example if someone else had the item shipped to you as a gift).

    My club ordered t-shirts with our club logo added on them, and I ordered the wrong size. Can I return or exchange the t-shirt?
         Usually not. Once the t-shirt has a club logo on it, it's not really in salable condition anymore.

    I need to exchange an item, but I need the replacement item really soon. Is it possible for you to send me the replacement item before you receive the exchange item?
         We sometimes do this, at our discretion. Please contact us by phone or email.

  • I received a wrong item in my order. What do I do?

         If we make a mistake on your order, we fix it at our expense. This is very rare, but we're embarrassed to admit that it does happen sometimes.
         If you receive a wrong item, contact us by phone or email or postal mail. Tell us what we were supposed to send and what we sent instead.
         We'll send you the correct item, usually by Priority Mail. If there's an urgent deadline for the replacement item, we sometimes send the replacement item by Express Mail.
          We'll usually include a postage paid return envelope. Please put the wrong item in the postage paid envelope and send it back to us.

    I received an item in unsatisfactory condition. What do I do?
         If we make a mistake on your order, we fix it at our expense. It's very rare for us to ship an item in unsatisfactory condition, but we're embarrassed to admit that it does happen sometimes.
         If you receive an item in unsatisfactory condition, >contact us by phone or email or postal mail. Tell us what the problem is.
         We'll send you a replacement item in satisfactory condition, usually by Priority Mail. If there's an urgent deadline for the replacement item, we sometimes send the replacement item by Express Mail.
         We'll usually include a postage paid return envelope. Please put the unsatisfactory item in the envelope and send it back to us.
