Shipping to CANADA

Shipping to Canada is sometimes very slow, but also very reliable. Everything we have shipped to Canada has reached its destination... eventually.

The shipping rates below do not cover every possible order, but will give most customers a good idea of shipping charges for their order.

Shipping options:

  • Priority Mail International (PMI) - usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, but is sometimes slower. This is the option we recommend for most orders.
  • Express Mail International (EMI) - usually takes less than a week.
  • First Class Mail International (FCMI)- usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, but is sometimes slower.

    • VAT/Import duties: Please be aware that orders may be delayed by Canadian customs officials, and that import duties or VAT may be charged by Canadian customs officials. In our experience, such delays are rare, but they do happen. We have no control over such delays or duties. If you are concerned, please check with Canadian customs officials.

    Shopping Cart Shipping Charges: Our online shopping cart DOES NOT charge the correct amount for international shipping. We will adjust the charges to your order before charging your credit card. In most cases, this means we will charge more than the total given by the shopping cart.

    Shipping to the United Kingdom

    The shipping rates below do not cover every possible order, but will give most customers a good idea of shipping charges for their order.
    If you'd like to inquire about a specific order, please contact us.

    VAT/Import duties: Please be aware that orders may be delayed by HM Revenue & Customs or Royal Mail, and that import duties or VAT may be charged by your country's customs officials.
    As of this writing (October 2008), Royal Customs sometimes assess Import VAT and duties on orders with a value over 18 GBP. The fees themselves seem to be about one-sixth of the orders value. However, Royal Mail assess a "handling fee" for 8 GBP for handling the collection of the fees.
    To check the value of your order in GBP, we suggest using Google's built-in currency converter. If your order total is US$25, enter "25 USD in GBP".
