FAQ: Large Order Discounts

Yes. Any order of 12 items or more will receive the 25% Club Discount. We call it the "Club Discount" because we have to call it something, and many of these orders are placed by clubs.

If I order 12 or more items, I get a 25% Club Discount but pay actual shipping charges instead of the flat fee. Would I be better off paying the flat shipping fee and not getting the discount?
No. We have shipped hundreds of Club Discount orders over the years; normal shipping charges to a USA address have never come close to cancelling out the discount.

How do you ship Club Discount orders?
Club Discount orders are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS Ground. Which method we use depends on:

Cost. The larger the order, the more you save with UPS Ground shipping instead of USPS Priority Mail.

How soon you need the order. USPS Priority Mail is usually quicker than UPS Ground.

How much will I pay for shipping a Club Discount order to a USA address?
What we charge depends on what UPS or the US Postal Service will charge us for shipping your order. Exact charges depend on how much your order weighs and how far the order has to travel to reach you. Here are some estimated ranges.

For Club Discount Orders consisting mostly of t-shirts, shipping charges are usually between $.50 and $1.25 per shirt. The more shirts there are in the order, the lower the shipping cost per t-shirt.

For Club Discount Orders consisting mostly of neckties, shipping charges are usually between $.25 and $.75 per necktie. The more neckties there are in the order, the lower the shipping cost per t-shirt.

For Club Discount Orders consisting entirely of pins and earrings, shipping charges are usually between $5 and $10.

How long will I wait for my Club Discount order?
     If everything is in stock, we usually ship Club Discount orders within one business day. They usually take an additional two to five business days to arrive once they've been shipped.
     Club Discount orders sometimes call for more stock than we have on hand. In those cases, we usually restock within two weeks and ship the order.
     If it appears that we will not be able to ship your order in time for delivery by your need-by date, we will contact you well in advance of that date if possible.

Can I get the 25% Club Discount for an order outside the USA?
     Yes. If an order is placed for 12 or more items, the order receives a 25% Club Discount on merchandise regardless of destination.

How much will I pay for shipping a Club Discount order to an address outside the USA?
     International Shipping charges for Club Discount orders depend on the weight of the order, the destination country, and the speed of delivery.
     You can get a good idea of shipping charges for orders smaller than 12 items from our International Shipping FAQ page.

Yes. The humans who ship your order will adjust the order total to reflect a 25% discount with actual shipping charges. We've been doing this for years, and have never missed giving the discount.
