WHAT IS THE CLUB DISCOUNT?

THE SCIENCE TeeCHER offers a discount of 25% on any purchase of 12 or more items. We call this our "club discount", but it is available to anyone placing an order for 12 or more items.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR CLUB ORDERS

For club discount orders, we charge something close to actual shipping and handling, instead of our normal flat shipping fee of $5.75. The savings on merchandise more than offsets the increase in shipping fees. Our online shopping cart is not configured to estimate shipping charges, so please contact us if you want a shipping cost estimate before placing your order. The more specifically you can tell us what you expect to order, the more accurately we can estimate your shipping cost.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR CLUB ORDERS

Normal turnaround time on club orders is two weeks to one month, but this is not guaranteed. Some club orders are shipped the day the order is placed. Others require a turnaround time of more than a month, though this is very unusual. Orders requiring CUSTOM PRINTING (see below) and orders with large numbers of the same shirt in sizes other than Large and XL are the most vulnerable to delay. If you have a deadline and you want to be sure we can make the deadline, please contact us to inquire.

CUSTOM PRINTING

By popular demand, we now offer custom printing on our shirts for an extra fee. Now it is possible to place your school or club logo on the backs or sleeves of your shirts. For details, please see our Custom Printing page.

PLACING A CLUB DISCOUNT ORDER

Club orders can be placed by telephone, postal mail, e-mail, or by using our shopping cart, or by some combination of the above. For example, many customers contact us by phone to clear up any questions they may have about the order, then e-mail the order to us. Others e-mail us the order, then call in with credit card information.

Our online shopping cart will not figure the discount automatically; we will figure it when the order comes in.

If you call us and get voice-mail, you can leave the order and your contact information, and we'll contact you as soon as we can.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We now accept purchase orders. If you wish to pay by purchase order:

if ordering by postal mail, please include a copy of the purchase order.

if ordering by other means, please include: the purchase order number; the billing address for the p.o.; the name, title, telephone number, and e-mail address of the person responsible for paying the bill.
