• HOW MUCH: For orders of fewer than 12 items, we charge $5.95 for Priority Mail shipping. That's $5.95 per ORDER, not per item.


• HOW FAST: Most orders are delivered within a week or less. We will contact you if we don't think you'll receive your order within a week, or by the date stated in your order.


• TO WHERE: The $5.95 shipping charge covers shipping to all 50 states, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and anyplace else that the US Postal Service delivers.


• OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: Guaranteed next-business-day delivery by USPS Express Mail is available for most US zip codes. The minimum charge for this service is $19. If you need overnight delivery, please place try to place your order by Noon Central Time.


• ORDERS OF 12 OR MORE ITEMS: When you order 12 or more items, you receive a 25% discount on merchandise, but pay something close to the actual cost of shipping your order. We often ship these orders by UPS Ground to reduce your shipping costs. Our shopping cart does not calculate the discount or the shipping charges; we adjust the costs before shipping. Orders of 12 or more items

Orders of 12 or more items receive a 25% discount on merchandise but pay something close to actual shipping charges. This is always a better deal than paying full price and paying the flat $5.95 shipping fee.

We often ship these orders by UPS Ground to reduce your shipping costs. UPS Ground is often slower than Priority Mail, but it is also often much less expensive. Such orders often take more than a week to arrive.

Our shopping cart does not calculate the 25% discount for orders of 12 or more items, nor does it calculate the shipping charges. We will adjust your merchandise and shipping charges before processing payment for your order. If you are paying by check or purchase order and need a total for your order, please contact us.

Shipping charges for orders of 12 or more items depend on how much your order weighs, and how far the order has to travel to reach you. Here are some estimated ranges.

• For Club Discount Orders consisting mostly of t-shirts, shipping charges are usually between $.50 and $1.25 per shirt. The more shirts there are in the order, the lower the shipping cost per t-shirt.


• For Club Discount Orders consisting mostly of neckties, shipping charges are usually between $.25 and $.75 per necktie. The more neckties there are in the order, the lower the shipping cost per t-shirt.


• For Club Discount Orders consisting entirely of pins and earrings, shipping charges are usually between $5 and $10.

Tracking your order

We ship Priority Mail orders with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not the same as tracking. Delivery Confirmation is simply confirmation that a package has been delivered to its destination. Some units of the US Postal Service treat Delivery Confirmation as if it were tracking, and some do not.
This means that if you track your order online at www.usps.com, you might see detailed tracking information; or you might see something like this:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 17, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. "

This doesn't necessarily mean we haven't shipped your order. The mail carrier might actually be on the way to your door with your order while the Postal Service website displays the above information.
